Hey, my name is Niamh
I’m a Software Developer who recently completed the Makers Software Engineering Bootcamp. Web development is my passion and something that brings me so much joy. I thrive on the challenge and satisfaction of problem-solving, and enjoy all aspects of the development process. During my engineering degree, I became increasingly aware of the underrepresentation of women and girls in the field. Encouraging and educating young women and girls about STEM opportunities has become very important to me. I want to share the message that: You can do hard things💪🏼 I am working towards achieving a Developer role where I feel challenged to grow and inspire those around me, and I’m incredibly excited about my journey 🤩. I believe that consistency, hard work, and a strong sense of self-belief will get me to where I want to be. I would love to share what I learn along the way with others interested in tech.
